Shipping and Handling
All items must be purchased at least 24 hours before shipping to make shipping deadline. All items will be shipped out on Mondays and/or Thursday unless either day falls on a holiday. I will notify you in advance if there is a delay in shipping. Custom boxes are often shipping within 5-7 days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on when items are shipped.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return non book items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Sorry, books and pleasure items are non refundable.
Do we offer gift cards?
Yes, we do. Gifts cards are a great gift and it can be sent directly to the recipients email.
Do you offer international shipping?
